do i need to do the krok crafting quest to get the savior of krokotopia badge or watever its called where you finish every single quest??

I don't believe that's necessary for "Master of the Oasis", nor is Tomb of the Beguiler. You do need to do the shopping quest though. Go check with the shopkeeper in the Deck shop for details.
