I can't get into the Ice Vault for the use obelisk rubbing in ice vault quest...is it just a glitch in the game or did I miss something?!
No you didn't miss anything and it isn't a glitch. Sometimes in the game you get a quest for an area where you don't have access yet. If you continue to follow the storyline in Krokotopia, you will eventually get the quest to go into the Vault of Ice, and you can get the rubbing from the obelisk at that time.
