How do I get in the map room?

I don't know what quest to follow to get into the map room and continue on story route to the end of this world! Please Help!

Even on my newest wizard that just got into MB I don't remember the quest helper going crazy and pointing you different directions, if that's what your talking about. Quest helper only did that to me in wizard city.

go to the throne room of fire dungeon
turn on the quest helper in the options section
