ok, so my dad says i cannot make any new characters on wizard101, and i am still wondering, if people/wizards start off as, do you start off in korkotobia or wizard city

Wizard City. By the time you know all of Arthur Wethersfield spells your already on the Krokosphinx area where is the Balance school
