Quest: "Free Mouse"

I have the quest "Free Mouse", given to me by Dyvim Whitehart, to go to Armor in Bastion. The lights are lit up for me to stand on, but no X appears to be able to enter. I've tried logging off, changing realms and completely rebooting the game, but nothing helps. Is anyone else having this problem? I am at a stand still and really stumped!

This is going to sound really condescending, but have you tried just pressing X? Sometimes the prompt doesn't show up.
