You don't get any new Balance School spells in Khrysalis. You do get a couple Shadow School spells though. Once you have completed the Eclipse Tower you will learn Shadow Seraph for free, the others can be learned for 1 training point. After restoring the Solar Arc you will learn Dark Fiend for free, the others can be learned for 1 training point.
