While in a dungeon, I got a message saying "Cannot connect to Wizard101. Please try again later." but as soon as my friend finished the battle i was able to move again and the pop-up was gone. This was starting to annoy me because i thought the entire thing crashed so i restarted wiz and I never had this happen before.
