cannot get krysalis

i am level 90 have not completed speaker of the dead . pacal redmask and or cyrus drake have no quests to give me how or what am i missing . cannot get to krysalis ?

you need to complete the quest speaker for the dead and speak to pacal redmask before you can move forward~ after you talk to pacal, visit cyrus in ravenwood and he will direct you back to merle.
