I dont know if any of you have had this problem, but it is really irritating me.
When I get on the W101 homepage, and have a W101 Gift Card in my hand, I click the 'Redeem Card or Code' button after logging in, only to be continously linked to an 'Error' page. The same 'OOPS! The page you're looking for is not found' message is like glued to my mind. It is so frustrating, since now, I can't even use the code on my card.
Does anyone have any resolutions to this? If not, KI I hope you can try to look into this. I appreciate it, thank you in advance.
