One way would be to open your Spell deck, and look at the spells that you have. You should see spells for your primary school, and also your secondary school.

Your secondary school(s) show up in your card selection part of your deck set up - any spell(s) you spent training points on is considered your secondary school.
Example: my Storm wizards trains Ice to Tower Shield. Ice is the secondary school.
check you deck icon and look at your cards is the best way to remember. if you have a lot of one school that is you second school because you bought all the cards from that school
