who and where is mithraya

ok i completely finished the chancel but it still says defeat mithraya where is she??? i completely finished it but still no mithraya and cant move on with the story without her! please help

Same thing happened to me today. Don't know how to proceed. Mithraya is not in the Chancel so cannot complete quest. I have no other Celestia quest.
