I've recently purchased a Vanilla gift card that has a $50 balance on it. To use it online, I must register it by putting in a zip code on the vanilla website. I've done that. I want to buy crowns with this gift card but when i put in all my information to purchase the crowns at checkout, there is an error that says to put the exact address that the card has on it. I put my own address as the billing address and it says it does not match the address that is on the card, but I don't have an address on the card, only a zip code. I am unable to purchase crowns because of this. Anyone have a solution?
