I have looked on the Wizard101 Central wiki for who I must find to give me the quest and it said it was Erik Wyrdrune like for the other spell quest in Grizzlehelm and for some reason he doesn't have a question mark over his head.
I understand that I needed to do Sudrilund and The Dragon Gate quest in said area which I had done, also I had done The Spell Trade which is the other prequest to this quest.
I apologize if another user has posted about this same problem and that I didn't take a look to find it.
