Are you trying to say, 'how do I get every spell in the game on one character'?
If so, then no, it's an impossibility to get all the spells in the game on one character, simply because there are not enough training points to do that.
You can get every spell for your school (for free), but you must choose your other spells wisely, or else you will not have enough training points to get what you want. If that's the case, you have the option of buying back your training points for crowns, but that can be horribly expensive, especially the higher the level you are and how many spells you've already bought.
