I have 1 more gold trophie than I do recorded wins. I know it isn't that big of a deal but with 4th age closing I want to get that badge before it ends and winning is hard for me.
You can get "first place" without getting the win. If it's a tie, the person who won the first 3 is the winner. This is bound to happen to everyone at some point so you will have more first place trophies than wins.
