I've been playing this game for a very, very long time and this just started to happen after the maintenance preformed a while ago. I'm playing my game and it stops for like 1 second, then starts going again, then stops for a second, then so forth. This happens in all areas of the game except my houses. Can someone please tell me what I can do to stop this? It's getting real annoying and it hurts after seeing it for a while.

This happened to me before just re install the game and it should be fine but the only struggle is downloading everything in the game again
