I am very annoyed with this. I have this Life hat that gives 60% Critical Rating, and the Wand of Rapture that gives 30%. 60+30=90. So that would be 90%. It is not acting like 90%, it is acting mroe like a 50-40%. I had sent a support ticket about 25 days ago, and they said that theres something wrong with my video thing, but I dont think thats the problem because it has nothing to do with video. Can someone please explain this?
Yeah those numbers are not a %, they never were a %. I don't why they made the nubmer like that, but those numbers represent that percent as a tenth. (mean 60 would be 6%).
