Hello, I am new to the message boards so I am sorry if this isn't meant for this but this has been bothering me for a long time. Since my account was made so long ago, my mom has forgotten the master password and also the email connected to the account and I am old enough for text chat to be enabled but without access to the master account, I can't enable it. Is there anyway to fix this problem or am I forever doomed to no text chat?
