Stuck on login

I tried loging in several times over the last couple days and it brings up the screen that shows the worlds floating and the Wizard 101 logo but just keeps saying "connecting to Wizard 101". Usually it would say press any key to continue-but it doesn't get to that.

It does that when you lose connection to the server. Sounds like an internet connection issue. Maybe anti-virus?

I would send a trouble ticket in.

Contact support. You may have a corrupt file that is stopping the game from loading.
