Stuck in area

Whenever I play on my laptop (mac) something happens and the game won't let me leave the area i'm in or let me log out, so i'm forced to shut down the laptop and log back in . Is something wrong with my computer or is there a bug in the game

Please help!
If the game won't let you leave an area or logout that means you aren't connected to the server anymore. It's most likely your wifi connection cutting out.
