This happens consistantly when fighting bosses that cheat when weaken is applied to them:
My storm will cast Wrath, and if she sets the -30 weaken on him, the boss will trigger. She doesn't set the weaken on the boss, she sets it on my character, but he reacts as if she had set it on him. I've tried this with several different cheating bosses, and it happens every time.
