storm owl treasure cards

how do you get storm owl treasure cards? and if you have to be storm and craft them..how can other schools craft things that need them? and if you farm for them...what areas?.. TY
oh p.s. if you are storm and you need to craft them where do you get the recipe? ty

They are only available as drops from certain bosses in Khrysalis part2.

I'm not sure where to find the storm owl cards but i think the recipes are in sardonyx in khrysalis part 2.

Never mind, the gear recipes are in Sardonyx but I don't think there is a recipe for storm owl treasure cards.
