Ok usually my wizard101 is working perfectly fine but suddenly i can't get spell quest for level 78 and i can't get my Pet quests either and me and my other friend are life wizards and he says he can't get his level 78 Spell Also i believe there is a bug because throughout the worlds as i have reached levels for my pets i never get them i check Wu and there is never any quests for her so i don't know.
The reason you didn't get a level 78 spell quest is because there is NO level 78 spell quest. You got multiple spells at level 75. As for the pet quest, you cannot get it unless you completed all the previous pet quests. There's no bug here, you just haven't done the prequests.
