small bush

A small bush is listed as a house plant, do you have to have an actual house or is it a bug that we can't place it in a dorm room?

I bought one and tried the same thing, and it wouldn't let me.

I would guess that a bush would be too big to put in a planter and would need to be planted in the ground. That of course would require a house with an outdoors area.
