Secondary school power pips.

I am aware that, as a death wizard, if i cast a spell from the school of life or something then power pips only used as one pip. What about if i have heckhound item to let me cast that. The damage is 120 per pip. Does the power pips count for this spell or only for a fire wizard? Other examples would be trying to cast Dryad. Would power pips still only count as one cause of it being a secondary school?

Power pips only count as two pips towards your main school of focus. All other spells will treat those power pips as a single pip, including spells that take X pips (meaning they're stronger the more pips you have when you cast it)

Hope that helps!
