When I go to my house, the screen starts flickering. It only flickers at one of my houses, and only when I look in certain directions. It doesn't flicker if I look in the sky.
If it happens only in one place, it probably is not your video card driver. it's probably a housing glitch. Send a report to support with the proper files and they can look into it. Video card drivers that are out of date do not affect only one aspect of the game, or anything else. There will be wide-spread problems. It doesn't sound like that's the issue.
