Reporting people

Well, as my son and I were busy playing, some other players were battling next to us. One of the players decided to use (or attempt to use) some rather colorful language and phrases.

Well, being the responsible community member, I reported them. Immediately, the member I reported started yelling and asking who reported them. Fortunately, there were a few other people there and I didn't say anything regarding the issue.

My point is that do people need to know they have been reported? This would be a really bad thing in PVP where there are only a couple of people there and it wouldn't take them too long to figure out who reported them.

I think the system needs to be silent in this regard and if the report has merit, then the Wizard101 staff can inform the party that committed the offense. This saves a lot of headaches later on down the road.

I agree with that. 8) It is a little easy to pick out who reported you when you r the only one in the room :?
