My quest helper is not working. It is turned on. The arrow doesn't work on some quest I'm doing when it should. Other quest I have the arrow is there but the number on the arrow is frozen. I've tried other wizards that I have and the same thing is happening. Someone please help I don't know what to do.

This is a well known bug that KI is working on.
On the Forum, under Halston's Lab, there is a post called "Have a Bug? Report it here." You might want to go there and post this as another bug with "the quest helper arrow not working".
KI said that it helps them if you can say which quest you were working on when this happened.
In the meantime, you will need to rely on your map to get around. Usually the quest helper arrow comes back after you finish the quest where it isn't working right.
