Pvp and pet derby player stats problem

So I was looking at my friend's Hades' staff of awakening. I scroll down the pages and I see the pvp page and everything is in blank. Then he's pet derby medals it said he had 9999 of each! I thought it was random stuff that appears when it hasn't finished loading, but after a while its still there! Is this a bug? Has this happened to anyone?

It just means that person hasn't done derby. Yes it's a bug, they change to 0's if they do a ranked derby.
