Problems with the Chat -Fliter text

I have tried to click on the disable button but it doesn't work. I have tried these things below:

1. I'm over 13 years old
2. I have a credit card in the account
3. I have enable bubble chat

and still, I can't disable the Fliter text chat option. When I click it, it said that it updated it but it was still on.

Please help me! :(

Are you saying you want the chat on or off? Remember if you want the Open Chat on you need to have both the Filtered Chat and Open chat enabled or it will not work. So just enable that Filtered chat, log off and back on to the game and you should find you are chatting without trouble!
