ok heres my problem...
After getting on the live game, the intro screen was looking all glitchy and there were white staticy stuff on the screen.
when i was going to look at my characters, all of them were staticy and i couldnt see there names or equipment.
I tried to play as my best character, but when it was fully loaded, wizard city was all staticy and i couldnt see anything: my spellbook, my friends, my gifts, nothing.
I have everything required to play but everything I do to try to fix it doesnt work.
I need help!!!! :(

Hello,

This error occurs usually as a result of the video settings not being correctly set. Please attempt both solutions - if you continue to receive the error after trying the below, we would recommend that you uninstall the game, your video card drivers and then update directX, install your video card driver and then reinstall the game. But first, try the below.

1. Make sure your Hardware Acceleration is set to Full

a. Open the Display Properties in the Control Panel.
b. Click the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the Troubleshooting tab.
c. Drag the Hardware Acceleration slider to the right (Full).
d. Click Apply/OK and then click OK again.
e. Restart the computer.

2. If the above doesn't work, please make sure your video drivers are updated

And of course, if you still continue to have trouble contact our Technical support staff for more assistance! If you have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com.

Before you submit a ticket, make sure that the email address associated with your Wizard101 account is valid and that you can check email at that address!

Please send us:
->the account name
->the character name
->as much information about what you encountered as you can
->where possible, your DxDiag file (see below)
NEVER send us:
->your password
->your credit card information
The more information you give up front, the faster your ticket can be resolved.

What is a DxDiag?
A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

Tickets can take up to 48 hours to receive a response and duplicate tickets can slow the whole process down.
