So in Alto Alto you have to clear the spider web to get to the Petal Door that takes you to the Floating Mountains. I have cleared that web but sometimes I can't get through that way, as if the web was still there. Sometimes I can, and sometimes I cant. It is very random and unpredictable, has anyone else had this happen?
We are working to address this but for now there's a very quick way to resolve this - when you're trying to get through the (now invisible) spider web, look to your right for a teleport pad - take that pad back to its origin, then immediately use the pad at the origin to travel back to the web entrance. You should then be able to proceed through the gateway.
