I found my last mooshu oyster in the tree of life dungeon, but it doesnt show as found. I am currently hovering over it, and have passed by it 3 times. it opened, but my quest didnt update so i have the village of sorrows still showing as my last oyster to find. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? or what I can do to get my quest log to update?

You're talking about "two" different oysters.
The Tree of Life oyster is in the courtyard near the Tree of Life.
The Village of Sorrow oyster is in the center of the village near one of the little people (something like Shan Hao ?).
