i'm an adult and got the $20 giftcard recently- i logged on parental controls but the open chat option is still not there? is there anything else i have to do?
To activate Open Chat, accounts must be verified as 18+ through a valid credit card on file with Wizard101. Since Gift Cards can be purchased by players of any age, Gift Cards cannot activate Open Chat.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
