Not Getting Boss Drops!!

Hey, Wizard101! This is not what it seems. The boss drops gave it to me, but, then I tried to equip my item and it wasn't there. A similar thing happened to my friend! He lost the Franken-Bunny during the Dworgyn quest. Please fix this!

You might double check your bank and shared bank for the missing items, in case they went there if your backpack was full.
