No more Quests!!!

I am in Krokotopia ( On my Life Wizard ) and there are no more quests for me to go to the Krokosphinx! Why won't it let me. I did all the quests i can in the Oasis, and now i went to the Krokosphinx and there were none!! Please help me.

At one point, the REAL balance school teacher will have the quest, check every once in a while, i got my quest in at lvl 25.
