I have the storyline quest to go to the necropolis, but the portal won't appear. Am I doing something wrong or should I send a ticket? (I already tried reinstalling it.)

you haven't opened the portal yet. you'll have to get there from one of the areas you have open - and there ARE exits to it from those areas, you just have to find them. look at your map when in them

If your quest is called "Explore the Necropolis", and this is your first time in the Necropolis, you can't go thru the portal yet.
Open your Quest Log file. Click on the Dialogue Bubble (the question mark) in the upper left corner of your quest. Read the directions. It tells you where to go to enter the Necropolis for the first time. (I think it takes you thru the Plaza of Conquests, but I'm not sure.)
