I got the level 28 spell quest on my Myth wizard which sent me to Chelsea Court to talk to Lord Barker & then to fight Kennedy the Klaw. When I finished defeating him, the Quest finder said to talk to Seraph Sylvan in Hyde Park even though she was in the same warehouse as Kennedy in Chelsea Court. When I looked at the map while in his warehouse it showed the map for Hyde Park.
