Membership not applying to account

Hi there! I'm a returning player who recently purchased a monthly membership. However, I'm still having trouble accessing new areas (specifically cyclops lane and firecat ally). Whenever I try to access those areas I get hit with the popup telling me to purchase a membership. I have restarted the game several times but nothing seems to work. I contacted support any they said it may just take a little time to take effect, but I've been waiting almost 24 hours now. How long do you usually have to wait? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks
