membership bug

so I get a membership card for my birthday and when I redeem it all I get is the pet and no membership could I get some help?

Dang that sucks dude.
If you posted this right after you redeemed it could take several minutes to actually give you your membership.
But you should probably do what Professor Greyrose said.
