She asked you to craft the items and return them to her. Unless you have the required items in your backpack when you speak to her, she will not recognize that you have completed the task at hand.

Ok, first, is the "?" Yellow or Gray? This is the major factor here. If there was a gray question mark after you talked to her, then you most likely got another quest from her but didnt realize it. If the question mark is yellow, try talking to her again and see what happens. If its yellow and it happened AFTER you talked to her, Most likely a bug.
