First let me say that I LOVE your game and I've told all my friends and family about it :D, but latley I haven't been able to play it :(. I am a paying member and whenever I try to start playing it shows me the "Wizard 101 is very busy right now" message. I read that paying members are put first, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Thank you and I appreciate any attempt to help. ~Blaze, Lv. 49 Master Pyromancer

Sometimes when they're busy fixing something, there may not be any room for even paying customers. Keep trying.

Thank you :D I will be sure to keep that in mind and not get so frustrated when I can't log on to the game, because I do understand how that would be an issue concidereing everything thats going on in the game.
