I have 2 different accounts, with a life mage that's over level 60 in both accounts. One is about to finish CL and has finished wintertusk (and all school quests), the other has just finished Zafaria, has finished wintertusk and finished all school quests.
upon logging in today, both of them got 2 notices - one from the guy at the library for the lost pages quest and one from Moolinda Wu.
For both of them, Moolinda says "if you want to continue advancing in the school of life, come see me, I have a new spell to teach you" but she not only doesn't have a new spell, she doesn't have a quest.
