Install problem - Need help please!!

Hi Everyone,

I have installed the game on my computer without any problem but cannot seem to install it on hubby's computer nor the laptop. I get the error message below, it is the same message on both computers. If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

I just noticed that my computer only has IE7 but the others have IE8. Could it be an issue with IE8?

No, it is certainly not an issue with IE8 or IE7. We have the game running on machine with all variety of browser.
The error puzzles me. Do you have any custom software installed on those computers that my interfere with installation? DiskSweep of some sort? Parental control? Also, what antivirus do you use?

Nope thats not it. Deleted 8 & installed 7 & same error message.

Any help would be appreciated.
