i'm missing my 'master of storm' badge.

im pretty sure i have every spell.. 23 spells to be exact.

how come i didnt get my master of storm badge? is there something else i need to do?

There might be some spells from trainers around the Spiral that you have not learned. Why don't you go look for them and see what you can find out?
