i am storm lvl 89 and i just notice that they never sent me back to grizzlehiem and now i can't get to my teacher quest how can i fix it? i can't get to the yard birds ether

If you can't get to the yardbirds, then you haven't done the quests in Grizzleheim to get to the other areas. Try looking in Quest Log for Grizzleheim quests or go there and use the quest finder. You need to complete Grizzleheim and most of Wintertusk to get your later spell and pet quests.
