I can't get the lost pages quest. Help?

So, I was looking forward to the quest quite a bit. When I got onto to Wizard101 not to long ago the quest didn't pop up, so I went to the library and still no quest. I'm quite upset with this. I'm a level 28 btw. Help please

If you've completed part of the quest the last time the Lost Pages event was happening, you'll need to pick up where you left off.

Well the thing is, I don't think I've ever done it before.
In 2011 I abandon Wizard101 for quite some time, and then I came back to it a year ago
So I don't remember doing it at all
