I am not getting my pet!

i just redeemed my 10 dollar card froma gamestop in california and i was suppoosed to get a piggle that gave me tower sheild. still no box icon at the bottom of my screen to obtain my piggle . I thought this problem was fixed a while ago guess i was wrong!
