I need to get to my house ( not my dorm ) to garden but every time i try to get home i am sent to my dorm. I tryed to wait until I could click the go home button but i clicked it when i was in my dorm room and went to my dorm room! :? can someone fix this?
Just like a hat or a wand, you must equip a house before you can use it. Open your backpack and navigate to your housing tab - there you will see a list of houses that you own (excluding the dorm, everyone keeps those). Make sure your house is equipped and the way to tell is whether or not it has a small fist icon beside it.
To equip items, select them in your backpack & press the hand icon to equip the item. Here's an example straight from the player guide: Items that have the little hand icon are what you are currently wearing. Items that have the little dollar icon were purchased with Crowns.
Make sure your house is equipped and only then can you recall to it.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
