Help with installing

hey guys and gals i already had wizard101 installed on my laptop but recently it broke and i have to use my old desk top (it has windows xp :x ) but anyways when i try to install it ( were the 2 red bars are one is the progress and the other is the total progress ) i get all the way to " file progress patching : data/gamedata/root.wad" and then it loads like 2 tiny little red bars then starts loading again from the begining of it (not the begining of everything just data/gamedata/root,wad.) i have tried restarting my computer and everything im not sure if i should redownload it or not i have been working with it for hours now please anyone help? :(

This is a big file, you need to let it run its course and finish.

Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
